This season, the KH Factory Team is happy to welcome two young and talented riders to the family: Loïc Miara and Kosma Roy, two young urban riders from Montreal. We asked them about their plans and projects for this year. Loïc is first, we'll post Kosma's interview in the following weeks.

Welcome to the KH Factory Team! Tell us, who are you?

My name is Loïc, I was born in Montreal and I'm 16 years old. I mostly ride street, because Montreal is a city full of nice spots to ride. I also do quite a lot of flatland. In general, I ride with Kosma Roy and a couple of other friends who also appear in our videos. So far, all we really do is just riding and editing, trying to make as many videos as possible.

What are your goals and projects for this year?

Being part of the KH team will be a huge advantage and we probably will make even more videos this year. As for my goals, I just want to learn as many new tricks as possible. I also wish to perform well in the competitions I'll attend this year: the annual Urban CMQ in Montreal and summer EUC 17 in Miskolc, Hungary! Overall, I just want to ride as much as possible, making more videos and landing loads of new tricks!

Fun fact about you?

I can't wheel-walk.

How do you feel about having made the KH Factory Team?

I was very happy to receive Kris's mail saying that Kosma and I were part of the team. It is such a privilege to get the support of a well known brand that supported many great riders before us. Afterwards, seeing the positive reactions from the other riders when the announcement was made on Facebook was absolutely awesome.

Anything else you’d like the world to know?

Prepare yourselves for some big riding as soon as Montreal's weather is good enough to ride every day! (Because right now it's always rainy.)

Thanks Loïc. We wish you a fantastic riding season and are happy to have you on the team!
